It's from the unreleased demo called "Changes"[3] Yeah mostly mumbling. I'd say this is probably the clearest and most powerful line in the entire demo - aside from the choir, which is VERY strong and continues on for like 2 mins after MJ stops mumbling, including two epic vocal solos. The entire demo is more than 7 mins long.[4]
